Returns & Replacement Policy – India

The returns & replacement policy of Neeknots is easy to use.
The policy gives you an option to raise a request to inform us of returns & replacement within seven days from the delivery date.
In case of replacement, please reach out to us at support@neeknots.com or 9925026901. We’re happy to send another one, but please be aware there may be some delays because these things take time (lots more than just checking off boxes).
In case of returns, we offer store credit valid for three months. Once we receive your return, our team will do the quality check at our end and if it passes, you’ll get a refund.
NOTE: Do note that you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend that you keep track of the package that is being returned for a hassle-free replacement or refund.
Cancellation Policy
