Are these products non-toxic and baby-safe?

All products by Neeknots are crafted from 100% organic cotton yarn and unpolished wood. We are a non-toxic brand that refrains from using toxic dyes, plastic, and other inorganic materials.

My little one is messy and has stained the product. Is it washable? How do I care for it?

Care Instructions:

  • In case of a stain, spot cleaning is the best method to choose.
  • Use a cleaning agent and dab till the stain comes off.
  • Hand-wash with cold water and let the product air-dry.
  • Do not dry the product under direct sunlight.
  • Dry cleaning of the product is encouraged.

 

Home Washing Technique :

  • Use fabric softener or hair conditioner mixed with water in a tub.
  • Soak the product in the softener for about 10 minutes.
  • Knead the fabric in the water to ensure the mixture gets into the fibers.
  • Wring it out by squeezing it using towels.
  • Flat dry knitted products to avoid deshaping the product.

 

Why does it take so long to ship my order?

All orders are custom-made and crafted from scratch. Crochet is an intricate art that needs attention to detail, and hence, it takes longer to prepare and ship your product when compared to other mainstream small businesses.

 

What is your shipping policy?

We care about the quality of our products and how you, as a customer, receive them. That’s why we use "Shiprocket" as our shipping and delivery partner to get your goods delivered on time!

All our orders are handcrafted and custom-made. We do not believe in the concept of stockrooms and inventory; hence, all our products are made from scratch. It takes around 3-4 weeks to craft your product. (The time for crafting and shipping may vary, depending upon the size of your order or the level of customisation required.)

The shipping charges will depend on the size and dimensions of your order. They will be automatically added to your final cart value, or you can check out our "shipping charge sheet" here (add a link to the chart) for a more accurate idea before placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Neeknots ships adorable creations worldwide! However, custom duty charges will be borne by the customer.

 

How can I customise my order?

Neeknots allows you to customise your goodies by simply filling out a form. The form will ask you to choose a product, the type of animal you require, the colour palette you want, the dimension you need, and what you want your adorable animal to be! A mailman, a cowboy, or a ballerina? YOU NAME IT! WE’LL MAKE IT!

Can I cancel my order?

What is your return and replacement policy?

We are a company that does its very best to deliver the highest quality service with every product. We have high standards, and we want you, as one of our valued customers, to feel empowered in choosing what’s right for your needs!

The return and replacement policy at Neeknots is easy to use.

The policy gives you the option to raise a request to inform us of returns and replacements within seven days of the delivery date.

In case of replacement, please reach out to us at hello@neeknots.com or 9925026901. We’re happy to send another one, but please be aware there may be some delays because these things take time (lots more than just checking off boxes).

In the case of returns, we offer store credit valid for three months. Once we receive your return, our team will do a quality check at our end, and if it passes, you’ll get a refund.

NOTE: Do note that you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend that you keep track of the package that is being returned for a hassle-free replacement or refund.

International Returns and Replacement Policy-

Make sure you order the correct size because there are no exchanges or refunds for international shipping.
